My copy of your book arrived from Amazon yesterday. A couple of weeks ago I won a “giveaway” from Hachette Books and was sent copies of “Chocolate — A Love Story” and “How to Roast A Lamb”. I’ll have to read your book quickly and go out on Amazon with a great review.

Here is my day 40!! wow I can’t believe it is already done, I am now taking the training wheels off and going out on my own!! I am feeling great about the control I have on my eating and workouts, I can’t wait to keep this healthy lifestyle up!

Hey Coach! Have you been getting my e-mails? I sent three and asked for a server generated delivery receipt, but didn’t get anything back, so I wasn’t sure. Hopefully, you are just enjoying what’s left of the holidays!

I took photos and sent my testemonial to you yesterday and didn’t know if you wanted me to do it (take photos) again on Monday.
