I would love to have a DVD to work out with!!!
I have a couple of different areas in the house that I can
work out in front of the tv. It is much more motivating
for me personally to work out in that fashion.
Hope to see it soon!

Thanks for the input Louise. I will likley want to provide a two-tiered dvd package option though. A basic dvd kit that just demonstrates and instructs - not follow along - for a cheaper price. And then a fully-equipped packaged with more workouts, follow-along exercise routines, demonstrations and instructions and more.

I'd be interested in buying the dvd and expect that it would cover total body workout just like the FLP does. I really like the format you use for the FLP where in 5 or 6 minutes you go through the exercises that are to be performed. I prefer this to the format that is used for P90X where they exercise with you and the dvd goes for an entire hour. With your format, I have looked at most of the videos several times as I need to see that I'm doing the exercise properly. The P90X format makes the exercise routine drag out way beyond an hour as you need to actually be in front of the TV to watch what you're doing so you end up stopping and starting the dvd. With your format of showing a quick set of a given exercise, I'm able to quickly get to what I need to do and verify that I'm doing the exercises correctly. I frequently work out at the gym rather than home so actually watching a dvd while doing the exercises is not practical. Good luck on this project and THANKS.

I would be interested as well. However just had a thought, what about a link that you pay for that shows you were you could download it etc as it would keep the cost down for you to produce it as well as keeping the cost down. Something a bit like the mp3 links you have with your packages? (You've probably already thought about this!!! :-) )
PS I am going to be starting your program as of tomorrow after my one day of indulgence!

I would be interested in a DVD that would follow with the book . Showing/doing the reps and sets--not just instructional.

A DVD would be very helpful! It's hard to look at a book of exercises while trying to be productive
