    1) Why do you need this book?
Hola Ryan, Sorry that my English is not that good, but since this is your book i can imagine how great it is. I would love to have this book because my arms are very bad, since I was a teenager, people use to tell me your arms are so big for your body, now they are not that big, but they are flabby.and the underarms skin is so flabby that I hide everything using long sleeves. I have this faith inside me that some day my dream will come true. This is why when I saw your program I went crazy and bought it, eventhough I don’t believe i need the whole program because I weight 118., but I trust you a 100% and also because I am going to follow step by step your advice.
    2) What do you hope it will do for you?
I hope that following your program and this book I can achive my goal which is to be happy with me and show those terrible people that made feel so bad.
    3) How will your life change once you’ve accomplished your goal?
Once I have accomplished my goal I will continue contacting you for more advice, because i can’t stop just there, and my God I will be the must happy 58 yrs. lady in this planet. Ryan I went to see a doctor for smart lipo and he told me that I was to old and that my skin was going to be like that no matter what i would do..Can you believe this…Another rejection. I will promised you that I will follow every single step, you will be my coach, even if i have to pay you. Ryan thank you for your positive input and confidence. believe or not I love you already…God bless you always. thank you so much Luz

Dear coach Ryan, I am 57 yrs old ive lost 23 lbs in the last year and hace gone from a 9 to a size 2, i clean houses and am very active, but I have extremely loose saggy skin on the under side of my arms the tops are toned and defined, I can even wear short sleeve tops any more because the skin looks crepey and saggy. The tops of my kness are starting to do that to, I walk and am in good shape other wise. I’ve tried all kinds of arm work outs, I eat well, and nothing seems to help. I need your help. But Can’t afford at this time to buy you dvd. I f you can help I’d really appreciate it and tell every one about your program. Thanks for your time Debbie Wood

      Hi Debbie,

Your story is one I’ve heard so many times. There are a number of things I can pick out from your description that are certainly contributing to the issue of sagging arms and other areas. The good news is, it can be reversed. It’s simply too much to cover here but that is exactly what my new book will help you with. It lays out everything in a really easy to understand format – step by step. I don’t yet have a DVD out, so I’m not sure what you are referring to there, but the book can be found on Amazon or Barnes and Noble for about $12 – which is super cheap for everything it will provide you with.

    Ryan,
I would love to receive a copy of your book because I need serious HELP!

I am over weight and have recently begun a weight loss program. Changing eating habits and exercise, at least not the ones that I’ve tried, have not worked for my arms. They simply do not respond. The flab just seems to be immovable!

I hope that the book will equip me with the tool to not only develop great arms but to maintain them. Although I am in my late 50’s I know that with the correct direction, I can have “Michelle Obama” arms.

I am in great health and I know that in order to remain that way, I have to get rid of the extra pounds. However, developing great arms along with the great body that I am working on, will give me the total toned look and the confidence to do something that I have not done for several years, wear sleeveless clothes.

Thank you your work and the information that you share.

    hey
I have been reaally impressed with the work you are doing. I have read two of your free books and I tottaly agree with you.I am in my twenties my body is perfectly fine but my arms are flabby. I can’t wear sleavless at all. Once I did and everyone made fun of me.:(
I really want to have well toned arms so that I can wear sleavless. And I m hoping you would help me. Also I don’t care if I put on weight but I want my body to be healthy fit and well toned.I hope this book will help me achieve my goal. I hope that by reading your book I will finally be able to wear sleaveless.
Also by reading your book. I hope to gain confidence as I am really shy. Nobody notices me. People make fun of me because of my Jingly arms, fat hanging from them. I have sleeveless dresses. But I can’t ever wear them, i hope you give me your book as i can’t afford any fitness programs. You are my first guide. And I trust you will help me. also to tone my figure.

Thankyou I hope to see your reply soon.

  7. Vicki says:

    Hey Ryan,
I hope you choose me to get a copy of your book. I need it because my arms seem to be the most difficult place for me to tone. I’d like to get rid of my “grandmom arms” as my grandson calls them once and for all. To have arms that don’t jiggle would be awesome.

I hope that following your program will help me to get back into exercising. Right now I’m very frustrated with my weight and I need something to motivate me. I don’t have time for long cardio sessions so hopefully I can get the most benefits in the shortest time.

Finally, my life will be better because I will feel good about myself when I look in the mirror. I’ll have more energy and better overall health. I’m 53 years old and I’m ready to live the rest of my life at a healthy weight. Thanks for all your encouragement and understanding of what women want…….”Michelle Obama arms”!

  8. Dorothy Kelly says:

Hi there, I would like to be considered for a copy of your book. I am 41 and obese so you know I have bat wings in excess. In 60 days I am going to Mexico with a neighbour so you know I’ll be wearing tank tops and sleaveless dresses in the warm weather (hopefully).

What will it do for me? I intend to have an amazing time in Mexico regardles but if I didn’t have to worry about the arms quite so much, (I know they are not going to disappear being as I’m overweight), that would be wonderful. I love to dance and it would be a lot more freeing if my arms where a little more toned (I am not expecting miracles in 60 days)

If I can see some advancement some improvement I am hoping it will motivate me even more to continue to lose the weight so I can go on more trips be more comfortable while travelling and be proud of who I am.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  9. Patty Robinson says:

I have been blessed with large upper arms from my mother. I have been self-conscious about them all my life. I have lost 54 lbs over the last year but, my arms are still larger than they should be and sometimes won’t fit into long-sleeve shirts. As I am 52 yrs old they are also quite flabby. Unfortunately, my daughter who is currently living with me, has also inherited this trait for large arms. So, I need your book to help me tone up and get rid of the flab on my arms before my cruise in March and also to help my daughter so she won’t suffer as long as I have.
I hope I can lose the last part of fat on my arms and tone up the muscles so I can finally rid myself of fat, flabby arms.
I will finally be able to buy long-sleeve shirts without trying the sleeves on first to see if they are big enough and maybe I will finally feel comfortable enough to wear the sleeveless dress that I bought that still hangs in the closet.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
