So basically this is my solution for everyone who can’t afford the expensive one-on-one coaching with me, bust still wants the same level of service and expertise that I bring to the table.
Let me make one thing clear though. The workout of the month club is NOT for anyone looking to build massive muscles, or get incredibly strong.
This program is only for those looking to get lean and toned, drop body fat, sculpt muscle, and firm up their body. This is going to teach you, guide you, and instruct you.
I am not going to be screaming at you and trying to motivate you ‘Biggest Loser style’. If you want to be a professional bodybuilder or step on stage as a fitness competitor, and if you want someone to yell at you and push you until you puke, look elsewhere.

Your Work Out of the Month Club is an ideal way to follow up and I would be very interested. Finally got a new weight scale, electronic, and at a reasonable price. I also experienced a( 3 lb ) loss after giving you the final weight and thought it might be metabolism. Still, I have 5 more lbs to go and a month would give me a chance to learn how to maintain the weight I have achieved. Looking forward to working out again, starting tomorrow.

Not sure how I managed to do it, but I’m down another 3lbs since weighing Tuesday morning – 5 days! I’m actually taking this week off, since Monday’s workout, from the cardio and strength training, so I can catch up on my photography business. I put myself first for the past 6 weeks (and very thankful I did) so I got a bit behind in my proofing of photos.

Nicely done Deanne. What you are noticing is the effect of the increased metabolism. You’ve trained your body to burn more calories all the time, thus the continued weight loss. This won’t last long if you stop training however, and that’s why the WOTM club is going to be so essential for continued success and maintenance.
I’m starting again Monday with the Week 7 workout you gave us until I get your WOTM program. I’ve missed working out and look forward to starting again.
