Getting a great workout in can be a huge challenge if you are on the road and don’t have access to your usual gear, or a decent gym. When I was a student, this was a major problem too. There isn’t any time to scoot out for a quick workout when you’re cramming for your next exam – especially when just traveling to a gym will end up taking you upwards of an hour or more. And gym passes get pricey! Especially when you’re a starving student.
My brother is now facing a similar crisis with his recent move to the big city, so I put together a special no-equipment, no-space, hotel or apartment room workout that can be done in under 12 minutes, but will be as effective as a gym workout.

No. It’s too long without making any changes. After three weeks, if you continued to do this same program you would end up wasting your effort because your results would really slow down. Use it as a kick-start or a stand-in workout when you have no time or no space.
