Great results, Carla! I was with you in FLP-I and II. I did another program after a short break that found me going back to old habits. I lost another couple of kilos. I'm now doing a modified version of the FLP and I am on week 5. Keep up the good work!

Hey Shelly,

Actually, this would be one of those instances where this gadget would be useful. Tennis elbow (or Lateral Epicondylitis) is basically an injury that happens by one of the muscles that extends your wrist (bends it backwards) rubbing against the outer bone of your forearm near the elbow. By strengthening these muscles what happens is that your backhand doesn't 'punish' that muscle into fatigue. The stronger your wrist extensor muscles are, the more resilient you are to tennis elbow. And because the Arm Shaper works all of those forearm muscles really well (just not the upper arm muscles - as I mentioned) then it would be a great tool for you.

Yet another piece of crap to clutter our closets! That said, do you think it would have any benefits for recurring tennis elbow? I'm told it's actually a wrist injury, very hard to eliminate. Seems the stretching and exercises prescribed for it just make it worse. What do you think, Rylan?
