Hey Shelly,

Actually, this would be one of those instances where this gadget would be useful. Tennis elbow (or Lateral Epicondylitis) is basically an injury that happens by one of the muscles that extends your wrist (bends it backwards) rubbing against the outer bone of your forearm near the elbow. By strengthening these muscles what happens is that your backhand doesn't 'punish' that muscle into fatigue. The stronger your wrist extensor muscles are, the more resilient you are to tennis elbow. And because the Arm Shaper works all of those forearm muscles really well (just not the upper arm muscles - as I mentioned) then it would be a great tool for you.

Yet another piece of crap to clutter our closets! That said, do you think it would have any benefits for recurring tennis elbow? I'm told it's actually a wrist injury, very hard to eliminate. Seems the stretching and exercises prescribed for it just make it worse. What do you think, Rylan?

1) Why do you need this book?
Hola Ryan, Sorry that my English is not that good, but since this is your book i can imagine how great it is. I would love to have this book because my arms are very bad, since I was a teenager, people use to tell me your arms are so big for your body, now they are not that big, but they are flabby.and the underarms skin is so flabby that I hide everything using long sleeves. I have this faith inside me that some day my dream will come true. This is why when I saw your program I went crazy and bought it, eventhough I don't believe i need the whole program because I weight 118., but I trust you a 100% and also because I am going to follow step by step your advice.
2) What do you hope it will do for you?
I hope that following your program and this book I can achive my goal which is to be happy with me and show those terrible people that made feel so bad.
3) How will your life change once you’ve accomplished your goal?
Once I have accomplished my goal I will continue contacting you for more advice, because i can't stop just there, and my God I will be the must happy 58 yrs. lady in this planet. Ryan I went to see a doctor for smart lipo and he told me that I was to old and that my skin was going to be like that no matter what i would do..Can you believe this...Another rejection. I will promised you that I will follow every single step, you will be my coach, even if i have to pay you. Ryan thank you for your positive input and confidence. believe or not I love you already...God bless you always. thank you so much Luz

Well, it depends on how intense the spinning class is. Usually I would classify it as too intense for active rest. However, if it's less than half an hour and is an intensity that you find moderate to easy, then it's okay for active rest.
