You’ve made it through another one everybody! Congrats!
You might be a little tired and sore by today, but give it everything you’ve got, stick to the plan, and take a well-deserved rest day tomorrow. I won’t be bothering you with an email or blog post tomorrow, so remember that you need to keep alternating your meal plan, and that you’ve got to schedule and hour or more of fun cardio on Sunday. As always, we’d all love to hear what you get up to on Sunday, so snap some photos and share with us on your blog.
Enjoy your weekend and your rest – you deserve it!
I’ll chat with you on Sunday when I deliver week 4′s workouts and menu plans.
All the best,
Coach Rylan

I’m taking it easy on you today – no reduction in your rest interval for cardio
However, don’t forget that your rest at the end of your circuit is now 60 seconds max, instead of the 60-90 seconds you started with. You are also on menu plan C, so you should be familiar with that one by now.
Talk to you soon,
Coach Rylan

Workouts and menu plan delivered…
I’ve got a special homework assignment today. I want you to visit the blog of 3 other people in the Fat Loss Project, read their latest post, and then leave them a comment with some words of encouragement. It’s always nice to know you’ve got people in your corner to help you out and lend support. Also, make it a point to leave a comment for someone that you haven’t met yet – get to know your fellow guinea pigs.

So what did you do for your fun cardio day? Did you manage to snap any photos to show everyone a little bit of your corner of the world? Looking forward to checking them out.
You will be receiving your menu plan, workout plan, and exercise and introduction videos very shortly, so keep an eye out for those landing in your inbox momentarily.

PS. Did you weigh yourself? Are you down a bit yet? If you’ve been sticking to the plan exactly, you should be down about 3-5 pounds by this time. If not, take some time to analyze what you’ve been doing and ask yourself this question. “What do I need to do better than I have been?”

You made it! Last strength training workout until next Monday, and tomorrow is a well deserved day off. Remember that your meal plans will keep alternating tomorrow and Sunday, and you will be getting your updated menu and workout video and program on Sunday.
You won’t hear from me tomorrow, and Sunday is your fun cardio day. Plan something fun and active, and spend at least an hour doing it. Take some photos to share on your blog too!
