Endurance E7 HRC Elliptical from Body Solid
I’ve just uploaded a video review of the Endurance E7 HRC Elliptical from Body Solid. I use this particular model in my personal training studio, and I absolutely love it.
For anyone in the market for an Elliptical, you will probably want to check out my review – as I cover a number of things you will want to look for when shopping for any Elliptical, not just this one.
Also, this model has heart rate control – and absolute genius invention that eliminates the possibility of cheating on your workout.

If you still weren’t convinced the Go Sleeveless System is the real deal, check out what this doctor had to say about it…
“A very common frustration among women is flabby arms. In fact, this very issue comes up repeatedly in my practice. Many of my weight loss patients have come to realize that no amount of “general ” diet and exercise can rid them of this problem. And when my patients tell me they want arms exactly like mine, I tell them that I’ve been working with a personal trainer for quite a while to get the arms that I have. BUT, having thoroughly reviewed the Go Sleeveless system, I have found that many of the principles and exercises taught in Coach Rylan’s program are exactly what I have been doing with my personal trainer, but they take less time! I am highly impressed with Coach Rylan’s program . . . Not only is it based on sound principles of exercise physiology, but it is laid out in a simple and easy-to-follow fashion. Understand that while you can NOT lose fat in specific areas of your body, you can absolutely STRENGTHEN AND BUILD MUSCLE in those areas in order to achieve the toned appearance you seek. Unless you can afford to hire a personal trainer at least three times a week, I believe the Go Sleeveless program will help you get the body you want – starting with arms that you will be proud to “show off” in a sleeveless outfit.”

Well, it was only a matter of time before the scam artists came out in full force.
A client emailed me about this yesterday, and I seriously had to laugh.
There is someone on the internet selling a 7 day program to eliminate flabby arms, called ’sleeveless in 7′ claiming to eliminate flabby arms in 7 days.
7 days?
Yeah right.
Now, I’ve said in the past that you can get results in seven days if you follow some of my very strict guidelines. But eliminate the problem in a week?
Not going to happen folks.
The internet is a breeding ground for this type of trash. Someone sees that there is a popular product out there, and they try and throw a copy-cat together in a few days and sell it for less than the real product. They figure that they will dupe a few people into buying it just because it’s cheaper (and they do). They grab a few quick bucks until everyone catches on, then they move to the next popular product and do it all over again.
But that’s not what really got me.
This scum bag has posted fake testimonial photos on their website.
How do I know they are fakes?
They have obviously been photo-shopped. How can you tell? Notice the blurry edges on the first photo? The picture has been ’smudged out’. Now look at the second one. Notice how sharp the edges look? And see how form fitting the same shirt is? This photo has been ’sucked’ in.

Testimonial Photo Scam!
Don’t be fooled by this crap. As always, you get what you pay for. While I can’t fix your flabby arms in 7 days, give me 6 weeks and I can do wonders. Accept no imitations, Go Sleeveless is the real deal.

PS. If ’sleeveless in 7′ gets you sculpted arms in 7 days, then why do even the fake photos have week 1 and week 12 on them??? Sheesh!
