Guinea Pigs Needed To Lose 30 Pounds In 6 Weeks

I’ve been working on putting together a very unique and very
powerful fat loss system over the past weeks.

As September rolls around, and folks are getting back to work and
kids are back in school, this is often a time when we look at what
has happened to our bodies over the summer and become very
frustrated.

Our diets slip, and our workouts suffer, and we usually end up
putting on a few pounds that we told ourselves wasn’t going to
happen this year.

I know how busy everyone is, and the vast majority of emails that I
receive ask me about quick and simple solutions to fat loss.  If
you are like most people, you just want to be told exactly what do
to.  You don’t want to think about it.

Tell me what to eat.

Tell me what exercise to do.

Tell me how many reps and how much weight I should lift.

These are the statements I hear on constant basis.

This new fat loss system I am piloting will be one of the most
effective and SIMPLE systems I have ever created.  In fact, you
won’t have to think about a bloody thing.  I am even working out a
way so that I can email you every single day with exactly what you
need to eat, what exercises you need to do, and even when you need
to do them.

All you need to do is follow the instructions, and you will get
amazing results.

So here’s the deal.  I am looking for guinea pigs to test this out.

There are a few qualifiers though:

1) I am only going to accept a limited number of participants, 12
minimum, 20 maximum.

2) You have to have at LEAST 20 pounds to lose, and preferably 30.

3) You have to completely dedicate yourself to this system for a
full 6 weeks.  Slackers will not be accepted.  You have to follow
my instructions EXACTLY.  No questioning, no complaining.  No
EXCUSES.

4) There will be an entrance fee that will be kept as a ‘deposit’.
If you successfully complete the program exactly as prescribed, not
only will you have a new body, but you will get a complete refund
on your deposit as well.  This is to weed out those who aren’t
serious, and those who are just wasting my time and taking up spots
from those who would actually follow through.

5)  You must not have any injuries that would keep you from
performing any of the prescribed exercises.

6)  You will be required to keep a daily record of your progress on
a blog (which I will help you set up) so I can keep track of your
nutrition and exercise.

7)  When it’s all over an done, you will be asked to submit a
testimonial and before and after photos.

So those are the conditions.  If you aren’t comfortable with any of
them, then please don’t respond.  There is going to be a massive
amount of emails coming in to me over the next couple days from
people wanting in on this, so I must ask that only those who are
completely serious and dedicated to changing their bodies apply.

Remember, you will be receiving daily coaching from myself.  I will
literally be holding your hand through helping you to lose, 20, 30
or even more pounds of fat in the coming 6 weeks.  For my private
coaching clients, this could easily run them over $1000 in less
than a month.  And you will be getting if for free.

Oh yeah, the start of this program is looking like September 6th.

Tell Me What You Want, Then Name Your Price

I know I am bossy.

I tell you what to do all the time.

Realistically, that is just the nature of my line of work.

As a Coach, I am responsible for helping you achieve your goals, and that responsibility comes part in parcel with me telling you what to do and how to do it.

But too often in this work, us coaches don’t stop and listen to what YOU, the client and customer, really wants.

So this is my turn to switch things around and listen to what you have to say.

What do YOU want?

What do you need to help you reach your goals?

Do you want daily emails to encourage you and motivate you?

Do you want me to email you once a month or less?

Do you want step-by-step exercise videos that you can watch on your computer or at home?

Do you want photos that you can print out and take with you?

Do you want a done-for-you eating plan and exercise regime that you don’t have to think about at all, just pick up an go?

Let me know, and then tell me how much it’s worth to you.

For example, maybe this is what you want:

  • You want a program that will help you lose 30 pounds in 30 days.
  • You want me to email you each day and tell you exactly what to eat.
  • You want a new exercise program each week so you don’t get bored.
  • You want a video demonstration of every single exercise in the program.
  • You want me to tell you exactly how many reps to do, and how many sets to do each and every day.
  • You also want the exercises to require no equipment.

How much would you pay for all of that?

It’s up to you.

Maybe losing 30 pounds, getting a new body, and not having to think about one single thing while you do it is worth $1000 to you.

Maybe it’s only worth $100.

Be reasonable, and tell me what it’s really worth to you.  If I think I can do it for that price, then I will.  Obviously I can’t devote all my time to a program that you want for free, I have to make a living too.  But I will seriously consider any reasonable offers.

The point is, I want to provide products and services that you really want, instead of me trying to guess what you want and then putting my price tag on it.

Two Private Coaching Spots Available

Just a quick note to those that are interested.

As the round two competition didn’t end up going through due to lack of interest, I have been getting a few emails from folks who are looking for alternate ways of staying motivating and reaching their goals through the summer.

I know it can be hard to stay on track if you don’t have anyone to keep you accountable to your goals, and now that we’re almost half-way through summer, it’s hard not to just throw in the towel and say, ‘ah ta hell with it!’
