Fat Loss Project Day 18 – Thursday

Happy October Everyone!

This is by far my favorite month of the year.  Here in southern British Columbia the leaves are turning, the pumpkins are ripe, and Thanksgiving is just a couple weeks away (along with the opportunity to put to use my famous pumpkin pie recipe – which I make from scratch but never actually eat myself ).

So you’ve got one more day until the end of the week.  Your menu and workout is in your inbox, push yourself hard these last two days to make sure you get the best results you can each and every day.

Don’t forget to get your journal in on time!

Waddaya think?  Too easy?  Somehow I doubt that ;-)

Fat Loss Project Day 1 – Monday the 14th

Today is the first official day of the fat loss project. Guinea Pigs, you should all have received your personal workout and nutrition instructions for today, along with your exercise and introduction video that I filmed for you.

Each day during the Fat Loss Project I will be posting a brief message like this. That is because everyone involved in the project will be submitting a link in the comments section to their own personal blog where they are recording their own journey. So, if you are interested in following along, check back daily to see what the guinea pigs are up to.
